• Star Witness – Trading Halt (Econsul) colt / Gervase Park

    Gervase Park owner Chris Gales bought Trading Halt for $41,000 at this year’s Inglis Broodmare Sale carrying the Star Witness colt.  The mare won at Sandown Hillside and is a half-sister to G3 Tramway Hcp winner Bank Robber (Dash For Cash).  She has a yearling colt by Your Song.

  • Oratorio – Wild Storm (Metal Storm) colt / Mungrup Stud

    First foal since 2011 for Ascot winner Wild Storm who is a half-sister to Tails Away (LR Belgravia Stakes).  The mare has foaled the winners Wild Ruby (Vital Equine), Silver Trace (Due Sasso) and You Watching Me (Due Sasso) who scored at Northam in October.

  • My Admiration – Overnightsensation (Peintre Celebre) filly / Graham Daws

    First crop daughter of Westbury Park sire from a Moonee Valley winner who was purchased for $90,000 at the 2010 Inglis Broodmare Sale.  She has foaled Perth winner Leonorasensation (Choisir), Macau winner Happy Tops (Strada) and WA breeder Graham Daws has retained her 2yo filly by War Chant.

  • Playing God – Mia Myth (Don’t Say Halo) filly / Mungrup Stud

    Half-sister to winners by Mungrup sires Oratorio, Due Sasso, Right Wing and stakes placed Stormy’s Son gelding Amelia Storm.  Their dam foaled two Dick Turpin colts before this filly.  Family of Champion South African Group 1 winner Mythical Play.

  • Danehill Express – Chanihi (Metal Storm) colt / Mungrup Stud

    Brother to Helder The Painter (6 wins & 3rd LR Challenge St) and a half-brother to winners by Comfy (2) and McFlirt.  Their dam won 3 of her first 4 starts in Belmont sprints and she foaled fillies by Red Hot Choice and Hala Bek before this colt.

  • Ouqba – Anestri (Euclase) colt / Heytesbury Stud

    Bred by Mary Scott of Namerik Thoroughbreds.  By Heytesbury’s G3 Royal Ascot winner from a mare who was successful three times in Canberra.  Half-brother to last season’s Ascot runner-up Jewel Sasso (Due Sasso).

  • Not A Single Doubt – Card Queen (Final Card) colt / Scenic Lodge

    Brother Magic Millions 2YO Classic winner Karuta Queen.  Their dam Card Queen was covered by Blackfriars for five years in a row for the winners Black Queen & Dark Royalty plus unraced fillies Amelia’s Love (3yo) Diamond Card (2yo) and a yearling filly by Sunspeed’s red-hot champion sire.

  • Blackfriars – Simply Wicked (Scenic) colt / Scenic Lodge

    Half-brother to Australian 3YO Filly of the Year Delicacy and Universal Law who completed a hat-trick at Ascot last month.  Scenic Lodge’s Jeremy Smith bought their dam Simply Wicked for just $4,000 at the 2014 Inglis Australian Broodmare Sale and he also has a yearling brother (by Al Maher) to Delicacy.

  • My Admiration – Highway Trader (Trade Fair) filly / Toreby Park

    Bred by Fiona Gerrard from a mare who was a Belmont 2YO winner for Trevor Andrews.  Second dam Road Home (NZ) also foaled local winners by Pricelessly, Bletchley Park, Vettori and Trade Fair.

  • My Admiration – Beersheba Belle (Charge Forward) filly / Bellbridge Park

    Photo taken at 17 days of this filly bred by Bellbridge owner Siobhan Campbell.  She is from a Bellbridge family that has produced Corporate James, Machine Gun Tom & Rogan Josh.  Her dam’s first foal is unraced 3yo colt Black Dynamite (Alfred Nobel) with Peter Reeves.
