    Half-brother to top-class, sprinter-miler Variation who won 7 of his 11 starts last season including the G2 WA Guineas, LR Raconteur Stakes and LR Aquanita Stakes.  His summer goal is the G1 Railway Stakes.  Fleeting Angel yearling is a filly by Dick Turpin.

    First-crop colt by I’m All The Talk, a Sydney stakes winning sprinter by Stratum.  Royal Anna descends from Royal Ascot Group winner Don’t Worry Me.  Her first foal – Dancing Anna (Choisir) – was also covered by I’m All The Talk last year.

  • Ouqba – Mrs Gray (Husson Lightning) colt / Heytesbury Stud

    By Ouqba from a mare who was trained by David Hayes to run second to Samaready in a Flemington juvenile and fifth to Driefontein in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic.  Her first foal is unraced Ouqba filly Miss Quoted with Trevor Andrews.

  • Ouqba – Exceeding Fortune (Exceed And Excel) colt / Heytesbury Stud

    Ouqba’s first winner Vigneto saluted two days before this colt was born on September 9.  Heytesbury mare Exceeding Fortune is an unraced half-sister to Brava Fortune (G2 Karrakatta Plate).  Second-dam Fortune Streak won a LR Burgess Queen Stakes.

  • Headwater – Perfect Kiss (Perfectly Ready) colt / Mogumber Park

    First-crop son of Vinery stallion Headwater from a NZ-bred mare who won races at Northam (2) and Belmont as a spring 4yo for Adam Durrant.  Her older half-brother Vonusti won the G1 Telegraph Hcp at Trentham.

  • All American – Elle Choisit (Choisir) filly / Geisel Park

    Third foal of a 7-time winner who just missed black-type when fourth in the Jungle Mist Classic and Matchmaker Stakes at Ascot.  Her 2yo is a Fiorente colt that sold for $32,500 at this year’s Inglis Melbourne Premier Sale.

  • Safeguard – The Auld Yin (Giant’s Causeway) colt / Mogumber Park

    By an Exceed And Excel stakes winner who covered 45 mares in his second book in WA.  Among them was The Auld Yin, an unraced half-sister to the dam of Group 1 performer Thunder Fantasy who foaled this leggy colt on August 28.

  • I’m All The Talk – Romida (Vain Rancher) filly / Mungrup Stud

    First-crop daughter by Stratum stakes winner stationed at Mungrup Stud.  Half-sister to last month’s Broome winner Max (Oratorio).  Their dam Romida was a front-running winner of three sprints at Ascot.

  • Natural Blitz – Walkingintheair (Duke Of Marmalade) colt / Mogumber Park

    First foal of the season at Mogumber Park and he’s the first and only foal of a mare who won at Kerang and Carnarvon.  Sad postscript to this image – the dam died a few weeks after giving birth.
