Undefeated 3yo Missing Pro is ready for a trip to town after completing a hat-trick against older horses at York on Thursday.

The Proart filly was racing first-up in the HLB Mann Judd Business Advisors Hcp (1100m) and was never in danger after bouncing straight to front for Emma Stent.  Given a reminder at the furlong, she lengthened to a two-length victory over Carranya Lass (Danehill Express) and Chenery Red (Trade Fair).

Missing Pro (3f Proart – Never Here by Elvstroem) had won at Narrogin and York on either side of the Xmas – New Year break before going out for a spell.  She races under the Rapid Equine banner for Balmoral Park owner Neil Irvine after being passed-in for $30,000 at the 2017 Perth Magic Millions.

Her sire Proart (Rock Of Gibraltar) stands at Balmoral Park and his winners-to-runners is currently a shade under 60%.  Stakes-placed filly Classic Pro can maintain that strike-rate in the Joan Cole Birthday Hcp (1400m) when racing returns to Belmont on Saturday.

Missing Pro is from a half-sister to G2 C B Cox Stakes winner Colour Correct (High Yield).  Their dam Never Blue (Military Plume) also won an edition of the C B Cox Stakes in 2001.

Proart’s service fee is on application and, for more information, contact Balmoral Park manager Brian Collison on 0411 055 164.
