It promotes clear and transparent reporting lines\, effective compliance systems and risk management\, stakeholder confidence and is built on an organisational culture of ethics and trust.\nThe content for this training has been specifically designed for not-for-profit organisations who work with few or no paid workforce. The program will assist in streamlining the boards approach to governance and strategy\, understanding and applying good governance principles and how to work together effectively as a board.\nPurpose Driven Performance is a management consultancy specialising in governance improvement and strategy development in the sport and recreation and not-for-profit sectors.
