DESCRIPTION:These fully funded workshops are specifically designed for middle management and supervisory staff to enhance their leadership and communication capabilities\, enabling participants to grow in confidence and effectiveness within their roles.  Now in their fourth year\, the workshops consistently receive over 90% satisfaction ratings and offer practical\, evidence-based tools to support leadership development in the thoroughbred breeding industry. \nOver two days\, participants will: \n\ndevelop greater self-awareness and leadership insight;\nlearn strategies for leading and influencing others effectively;\nbuild skills to manage pressure\, navigate difficult conversations\, and support team performance; and\nreceive a personalised communication and work-style profile to enhance ongoing learning.\n\nEach workshop runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Morning tea\, lunch\, and afternoon tea are included. \nAttendance is free\, but places are limited. DESCRIPTION:(Times to be confirmed) \nJoin Western Australia’s thoroughbred breeding community to celebrate the winners of our awards\, enjoy some fantastic Westspeed Platinum racing and soak up the atmosphere and hospitality of Ascot in Summer. \nDesigned as an opportunity for breeding teams to attend as a group for a Christmas celebration – bring your team\, bring your friends and get ready for an exciting day of racing! \nTBWA is delighted to subsidise the cost of tickets for its members at a reduced rate of $175 per ticket (cost $250). \nTickets can only be purchased until 1 December as final numbers for the event must be provided to Perth Racing by that date. \nYour ticket includes: \n\nRacecourse admission\nAccess to the Sky Villa Marquee function\nFood & Beverage package for the duration of the event\n\nTimes will be confirmed closer to the day once the race card is finalised (event opens 30 minutes before Race 1). There are a total of 10 races scheduled for Westspeed Platinum day. \nWe have a host of awards being presented on the day including our popular Staff Awards.
