Gold Front Thoroughbreds and Yarradale are the first studs to report new foals of season in Western Australia.
First to arrive at Gold Front was a gorgeous filly by Geisel Park sire Aysar from Ruby’s Moon (Awesome Rock) and she couldn’t wait to join the world coming a full week earlier than expected. Ruby’s Moon is a daughter of G1 Railway Stakes winner Belle Bizarre (Dauberval) and her first foal is a yearling colt by Aysar.
Gold Front owners Alan and Sue Olive also welcomed a strapping colt by resident sire Awesome Rock out of Devil Girl (Playing God) who is owned by Fair Go Racing.
Yarradale rolled out the red carpet for incoming stallion Shooting To Win on Friday afternoon and the foal-watch team were blessed with a Playing God filly (pictured) from Dainty Tess (War Chant) in the early hours of Saturday morning
Dainty Tess was a Group 3 winner in Perth and Adelaide and her new-season 2yo is a So You Think (NZ) filly named So Delicate. She was purchased for $160,000 by Adam Durrant and Matt Beard at the Perth Magic Millions in February.
