These fully funded workshops are specifically designed for middle management and supervisory staff to enhance their leadership and communication capabilities, enabling participants to grow in confidence and effectiveness within their roles.  Now in their fourth year, the workshops consistently receive over 90% satisfaction ratings and offer practical, evidence-based tools to support leadership development in the thoroughbred breeding industry.

Over two days, participants will:

• develop greater self-awareness and leadership insight;
• learn strategies for leading and influencing others effectively;
• build skills to manage pressure, navigate difficult conversations, and support team performance; and
• receive a personalised communication and work-style profile to enhance ongoing learning.

Each workshop runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are included.

Attendance is free, but places are limited. Registration is essential (link below) and includes a small amount of pre-coursework to complete before the workshop.
